Real Cross training classes run 45 minutes to an hour and accommodate beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels all at the same time. These functional workouts are designed to work the entire body throughout the week. Training methods include core, stability, cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. Our coaches are experienced and knowledgeable certified trainers that design workouts which constantly vary. The workouts build athleticism regardless of age, level of fitness or body type and you will burn a significant amount of calories. Session begins with a Dynamic warm up and end with stretching.
