1 on 1 Training


Group fitness training is very effective and requires individuals to be more self-sufficient.  1 on 1 personal training provides different benefits, such as: a spotter when necessary, specific detail into the intricacies of your life regarding diet, supplements, cardio workouts for variety and increased intensity, and intensive communication with reliance on the trainer/client relationship.  In an hour long 1 on 1 session the trainer will also manually stretch you for greater flexability results.  Available are half hour and one hour sessions.
