For a very long time, I dreamed of being healthy and fit. In high school I played a couple of sports track, swimming and was reasonably fit. But I started to gain a significant amount of weight when I reached my 20s.

At age 21, I was 152 pounds. That’s a lot on my little five-foot, two-inch frame. And it was unacceptable in my eyes. I made the decision to change my life and get back into shape. Then I became pregnant with my son. I knew this would only delay my fitness plan, not end it, but I did get up to a whopping 200 pounds. My knees and back hurt. None of my clothes fit. I was completely miserable. Ten weeks after my son was born, I was down to a somewhat healthier 170 pounds. But I knew there was still serious work to be done. That’s when I called Paul.

I got his number from a co-worker who’d been following his program for three months. I hadn’t seen my friend while I was on maternity leave, and when I returned to work, I was amazed at how shed changed for the better. Shed started at 140 pounds, and three months later was 120 and had dropped her body fat 10 percentage points.

I was inspired to achieve the same impressive results she had. I called Paul the very next day.

When I first met him, I was nervous. I had never worked with a professional trainer before, so I didn’t know what to expect. And of course I was extremely out of shape. At the time, climbing a flight of stairs left me wheezing and wanting to lie down. Paul recognized the fact that I was athletically challenged. He worked with me and encouraged me while at the same time never letting me make excuses. Participating in Paul’s fitness program was the hardest physical challenge I’ve ever endured, but definitely the most worthwhile.

Every day I made choices. Some days I made bad choices with my diet or exercise plan, and I felt bad because of it. But on the days I made wise choices, I felt amazing like I could accomplish anything. When I did everything Paul instructed me to do including four to six hours of cardio and three half-hour sessions with Paul each a week…I saw results. Fast. The weight, inches and fat just started melting off!

This program not only transforms your body, but also your mind. Cant is no longer an option. You realize that you’re stronger than you know. All you have to do is want it.
