Fitness Evaluation



Our tool of accountability is the fitness evaluation; a series of tests to conclude a baseline of which to measure progress but also serve as a “wake up call” to clients.  Results of the test are used to develop programming, set goals to achieve for upcoming tests every 6-8 weeks and create just the right amount of pressure to accomplish those goals.   Testing includes, Vo2max with the Balke modified treadmill test, circumference measurements, complete Tanita scale analysis, and more.
